The problems presented are very realistic, the solutions are plausible, the actors are very convincing, and thankfully, someone who little by little endeared the viewers had a redeeming factor, plus a little surprise towards the end of the series. The seemingly simple minded, but indeed very witty, Kim Sung-Ryong, played by Namkoong Min , has a good heart. He may not have good intentions in joining the company, and the reasons for giving him accolades are mostly accidental , in the end he would prove to everyone he is worthy of being called THE GOOD MANAGER or CHIEF KIM.
